this is the second phrase in my 'letters' series. i have taken to referring to this project as 'my letters'. im not sure what that is supposed to mean, however, i am starting to understand this project better. it seems pretty hopeful and kind of tongue and cheek and i think it represents this city well. Vancouver is filled with nice signs and 'everything is going to be alright' type slogans.
while i was setting up at the beatty street sky train station people were all around me, [i love this] a middle aged woman says to her friend "sounds ominous", a man in the prim of his life asks me "are you sure?" [what a jerk] and a nerdy high school boy points out i have no apostrophe.
i am going out tonight to shoot in the mall and the museum [i love the out door installation at night] and under a beautiful street light.
i love this project.

darling - issue 2

darling issue 2 was delivered 3 days ago! i am so happy with this issue. obviously i am in the middle of moving and all that other fun stuff, so issues wont be sent out until april. but it is finished and printed and ready to go. im so pleased.

i will keep you posted.
